In transaction SE80 the internet service is available and published.

The enter button works and all numerical keys work.  I've seen this issue raised in many forums, but haven't had any success implementing the suggestions.  Can anybody give me a detailed guide on how to map the META tags using the below:

Hi everyone,

We're adding RF in our warehouses and instead of using the old SAPConsole, we decided to use ITS Mobile. We don't use standard SAP RF transactions but we developped our own by respecting all the limitations so it will work in a mobile environment.

We are still in SAP R/3 4.7 with SP 29 and a standalone ITS 6.20 patch 28 build 7502.5

We generated the templates without troubles and it works fine on our laptop browser. Yesterday we received our first mobile device testing unit (PSION TEKLOGIX 7535G2) and we tried to launch one transaction on it. The result is awful since the screen size is not adapted at all, we have the horizontal and vertical scrollbar on all the screens.

Even by setting the text size to smallest in the browser options, the screen size is still not adapted. The device runs Windows CE .NET Version 5.00 and the browser is the standard IE that comes with it (I didn't find the browser version).

We are aware of OSS notes 1119053, but it's not the solution since our custom transactions have the right screen size which is 16x20.

Did anyone else have the same problem the first time they tried it on a mobile device? Can someone advise us on what to do?

With ECC 6, the transaction field box in WebGUI (SAPGUI for HTML) is closed by default.  What parameter do you set to make the tcode field open by default?

I've created some iViews that launch the SAP GUI for HTML from the portal. They display abap transactions related to a given users role. My client would like to change the initial load page of the SAP GUI for HTML from the standard SAP picture, to one they choose.

Does anyone know where to find this picture to be editied? I'm assuming it is in the ECC side.

We're setting-up access to our ERP system via a Portal. We're using the integrated ITS in ERP via SAPGUI for HTML in the portal.

There are several parameters we've found to help adjust the look and behavior of the HTML GUI thru notes and the various help pages like (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/54/4d9993c6592941a407313a6763575c/frameset.htm)

We'd like to get a complete list of the availble parameters than can be configured for the "/default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui" service. We can only find some pieces here and some pieces there.

Is there a place to find a consolidated list of all the available parameter functions?

I'm having trouble finding source that is used to render the SAP GUI for HTML screen.

This is how my screen currently looks like:

I've tried looking through WEBGUI service under ITS Service in SE80 but I couldn't find any thing that resembles the header/body/form tags that are generated here. What I want to do is include my own custom script tag in the header (first red arrow) and/or in the body.

Is this possible? If so, where should I be looking?

Is the above SAP GUI for HTML based on Webdynpro ABAP? (Not sure if I'm using the right terminology.)

we are getting this error message in our SM21, on a server running internal ITS where everythings seems to function quite well. Does this error message require any actions? According to the details it looks like a quite normal warning, but I would like to get some input from the community on this issue.

Documentation for system log message R2G :

In the standard system there is no timeout for RFC servers. When the first remote function call is made, the RFC is connected and logged on to. and when the RFC connection is closed, the RFC server is deleted. You can activate an explicit timeout for RFC servers for an existing RFC connection using the function module                      

TH_SET_AUTO_LOGOUT.                                                           

If within the time specified no further RFC calls are made, the RFC server is deleted. If the RFC client then sends a further call to the server, this is sent back with an error code.

Dear experts, please help me!

                I’ve created a service for transaction PR05 at SICF.

                When I use the Mozila Firefox or Google Chrome, it works perfectly so we can navigate through the transaction.

                When I use Internet Explorer, I can’t access the information of the travels at my computer. Using another computer, we can access the travel informations. However when I try to upload the information of travel recipes it also keeps running with no error message. This issue occurs only when I access the service through the ESS MSS Portal. If we test the service from the SICF, it works perfectly.

                We can’t use Mozila once not all machines have it installed.

                The main issue with Chrome is a new button where we upload the travel recipes files, once java is not support on this browser. We’re thinking on update the kernel patch, according to the note “2208040 - Information about the removal of the NPAPI in Google Chrome for WebGUI users”, so we have this functionality at this browser.

                However, we would like to solve the Internet Explorer issue, once not all computers will have Google Chrome installed.

Do you guys have any ideas what should we looking for?

Performed an authorisation trace via trx ST01, but no result.

In trx SICF in the path /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ the service name is active with interactive options both on "Not specified".

Can anybody give me more information where to look for more details to a solution ?

Has anyone had experience with this error and know how to go about fixing it from occuring again?
