Re: Sound notification in MIM ITSMobile
This note don't work in my case (not applicable).
I got sound when any buttons is fired on ITS Mobile. In ECC i hear sound of beep, but not in ITS.

ITS Mobile – Enter and Function Key Issues
I have generated all the templates using style u201CMobile Devices (Without HTML Tables)". Everything looks good, but the function keys are not working. Also the Enter key alone is not working, but with Shift+Enter is working.
Device is: Symbol MC9090 - Windows Mobile 6.1 OS.
I also set the parameter ~ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE as DEVINCLUDE_SYMBOL3090 for ITS Service. This has the same html code, which is copied from ITS service ITSMOBILE01.
The basis support package details:
SAP_BASIS - Release -702 & Level- 0007
Highest support package - SAPKB70207
Initially the Auto enter also did not work whenever you scan some thing and this has been resolved by adding the html code:

500 ITS error - Initialization of WGate failed
Hello All,
I am having problems with my ITS. This is a dual host installation running on IIS6.0. We first installed the <SID> instance on AGate host then proceeded to install with the install on Wgate. We then installed the ADM instance as well. Though the installation said successful, when we try to do a test with http://localhost:1080/scripts/wgate/its_ping/! we get a "500 ITS Error. The initialization of the web server extension (WGate) failed! Please check the trace file for further information.
This is weird. There are no files generated in the ..\Wgate\trace folders. We tried to access the URL with hostname, FQDN, IP address but still doesnt work. We checked the ports, registry files on both Wgate and AGate servers and they match. There are no firewall blockings between the servers as we are able to successfully telnet the ports being used.
Can somebody please help me out??

ITS Mobile screen scaling down on Falcon X3
Dear experts,
one of my customers encountered a problem when using an ITS service on a Datalogic Falcon X3.
The HTML Templates where generated with MOBILE and MOBILE4 Style.
When using the device the browser display (internet explorer on winCE) scales down automatically after some time.
Please see the the attached screenshots.
This Problem can not be re-produced using a "normal" Browser or on an another device type.
Did anyone encounter the same problem?

After testing our services for sometime we are getting this message:

The error occurred on the application server ukapx096_EU8_00 and in the work process 0 .
The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE
The ABAP call stack was:

Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST_FROM_MEMORY of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP
Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME
Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP
We realized our memory was entirely consumed and logged off all sessions. Invalidated the cache in SITSPMON and we dont have any ITS sessions (checked in SM04). Even then the problem continues. We restarted the ICM with no positive results. We then increased the memory for ITS to 512MB and then restarted the SAP system. But the problem continues. We couldnt run any services (Even WEBGUI service for SE16).
Do we need to refresh any more caches/memories?

Re: ITSMOBILE LM00 multiple login issue
Hello Everyones,
I have the same issue here. My beginning transaction is LM00, the handler is CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS and logon abap class is CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN.
At login, i only see the screen saying that the user is already logged on. I dont get the screen as it was with older SAP web console to give the option to close current session to log on.
Into service, Logon data is configured as following ;
Procedure : Alternate Logon Procedure
Authentication : Internet User
Logon Procedure : no #1 is Logon Through HTTP fields.
Someone can help with this?

I am in the midst of a business requirement of implementation of ITS Mobile and SAP WM. During the intial discussion with the business, there were few queries on the ITS Mobile Solution.
1. Does this solution requires any kind of licensing requirements.
2. Can this solution be extended to android /iOS tablets. My interest is more towards Android tablets.
3. what kind of devices/peripherals are required for this solution.

We are using device motorola MC9090 and OS version 05.01.0478 [ Window pocket OS]
we have designed the ITS application using module pool screens , we are facing below problems
1.After scanning the barcode enter should perform automatically and in our case manual enter[ in Barcode key pad] also not working
2.all the fields are appearing in single column in barcode brower [ IE]
please suggest on this .
without industrial browser whether we can achieve this

ITS webgui URL not working
The ITS services are activated in SICF transaction. When i try to access the web gui URL http://systemname:8028/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui i get the login page. But once i provide the logon credentials in the popup, i donot get the SAP home page. Instead, the page gets struck and its almost plain except an appearance like the image has failed to load.
Any thoughts towards a solution for the issue???

ITS Mobile screen size
Hi everyone,
We're adding RF in our warehouses and instead of using the old SAPConsole, we decided to use ITS Mobile. We don't use standard SAP RF transactions but we developped our own by respecting all the limitations so it will work in a mobile environment.
We are still in SAP R/3 4.7 with SP 29 and a standalone ITS 6.20 patch 28 build 7502.5
We generated the templates without troubles and it works fine on our laptop browser. Yesterday we received our first mobile device testing unit (PSION TEKLOGIX 7535G2) and we tried to launch one transaction on it. The result is awful since the screen size is not adapted at all, we have the horizontal and vertical scrollbar on all the screens.
Even by setting the text size to smallest in the browser options, the screen size is still not adapted. The device runs Windows CE .NET Version 5.00 and the browser is the standard IE that comes with it (I didn't find the browser version).
We are aware of OSS notes 1119053, but it's not the solution since our custom transactions have the right screen size which is 16x20.
Did anyone else have the same problem the first time they tried it on a mobile device? Can someone advise us on what to do?

How to pass parameters and skip first screen for webgui service restricted to one transaction

I have a business requirement to display SAP data (e.g. transaction VA05) via webgui. I have created a service zwebgui by copying service webgui and added parameters ~singletransaction = 1 and ~transaction = VA05. This launches transaction VA05 and users navigation is restricted within that transaction. I need to pass value to screen field sold-to party VBCOM-KUNDE as URL parameter and skip first screen.
I have tried passing parameters to service webgui
http://server-name:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?~transaction=*va05 VBCOM_KUNDE=100000 and it works. However I have read that passing OKCODE value DYNP_OKCODE = XXXX is obsolete. What is the alternative?
When we create a new service to restrict access to single transaction? How to pass parameters to that service?
http://server-name:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/test/zwebgui/!?~transaction=*va05 VBCOM_KUNDE=100000 does not pass the customer value.

ITS / Webgui: How to... fix Initialization of SAP GUI for HTML failed: [object Error]
If you get...
... when starting Webgui (after system logon) one of the possible explanations is that you have recently updated your system and are still trying to force Webgui to use Quirks mode instead of Standards (Edge) mode. Go to transaction SICF and select the service webgui, go to GUI Configuration...
... delete the SAP-IE parameter and save. Webgui should work again.

ITS Mobile Logoff and return to Logon Screen
My client is running ECC 6.0 with basis 7.31 patch 5(SAPKB73105).
I have created a z service to run my custom ITS transactions.
In the service I have selected Altertnate Logon Prodedure and have removed all the procedures except Logon Through HTTP Fields. There is no option for Fields Authentication, as all the help that I read indicates that should be the option.
When I run my service and then select F8 Logoff, I am able to logout. But I would like to be redireted to the logon screen. So, I have created an Explicit Reponse Body page under the Error Pages->Logoff Page. That code reads:

What am I missing? I have read all the OSS notes and help, but none has been relevant to my issue.

ITS Mobile: Communication with SAP

I worked on several ITS mobile configuration and solution's, but I wonder how ITSMobile, i.e. calling SAP transactions via https link is communication with SAP ECC. Is it RFC connection or something else?? I tried to search but could not find the answer even on SAP help.

HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout
Dear Sirs,
we are getting this error message in our SM21, on a server running internal ITS where everythings seems to function quite well. Does this error message require any actions? According to the details it looks like a quite normal warning, but I would like to get some input from the community on this issue.

Documentation for system log message R2G :
In the standard system there is no timeout for RFC servers. When the first remote function call is made, the RFC is connected and logged on to. and when the RFC connection is closed, the RFC server is deleted. You can activate an explicit timeout for RFC servers for an existing RFC connection using the function module
TH_SET_AUTO_LOGOUT.
If within the time specified no further RFC calls are made, the RFC server is deleted. If the RFC client then sends a further call to the server, this is sent back with an error code.

webgui service hangs and does not display the SAP GUI screen
Hi:
I am trying to use the Transaction Starter via webgui ITS service but it somehow hangs and does not finally shows the SAP GUI screen. Please see the attached document to get an idea of what it is occuring.
1. Link in navigation for launcher configured (using TSTC etc)
2. URL in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS configured with
[http://server.local:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTX&okcode=ICEXECUTE]
--> i am calling a CRM SAP GUI transaction but even with IC_LTXE to callan ERP transaction does not work either.
3. All related notes implemented (running CRM 2007): 990216, 993315,
1337472, 1013376
4. Old service crm_cic_rabox which has been replaced by the new shows onthe contrary the GUI screen.
