Has anyone had experience with this error and know how to go about fixing it from occuring again?

What can I do?

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system DEV in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server onebase_DEV_00 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server onebase_DEV_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

ITS not responding on mobile device for user actions on mobile

Hi Experts,

 

I configured a ITS which is working perfectly on desktop, laptop and other mobile devices but when we are working with Motorola devices we are facing issue. When I open ITS on Motorola device, after user login system is not responding to any user action. I tried different parameters and settings in ITS. Any suggestions on how to solve this kind of issues are most welcome.

WEBGUI Timeout immediately after logging in

As soon as I log into webgui, i get the message "The session terminated due to inactivity".    I have set the http and https timeout to a high value, but it's still timing out immediately.   I have recycled the system, any ideals.

ITS Mobile - initial setup

We're using SAP ECC6.0, integrated ITS.  I want to setup the ITS Mobile for our SAP Standard and SAP Custom RF Transactions.   Please explain how to setup the ITS for enabling standard and custom RF transactions.  If you have prior experience in doing this ITS Mobile.  Please share your knowledge on this.  Appreciate your help.  Right answers will be rewarded.  Step-by-Step instructions for setting up the ITS for the RF transactions will be helpful.

Webgui is not working in Production environment

Hi Team,

 

we are facing webgui issue in our production environment.

when we tried to login with webgui default_host->gui->sap->its->webgui home page is opening and after giving credentails the page is loading a while then it stopped with the same screen.

 

the problem is persisting in only production environment.

 

Current Patch levels

SAP-UI=740-15

SAP-BASIS=740-07

urversion: 10.30.3.244698.0

urchangelist: 244698

Kernel:741-200

 

 

can you give any suggestion on this.

Removing MS editor from smart forms

i checked the SAP note NO. 742662 but it's not working with my net weaver release (7.1 SP 7)

Where to find a complete list of WEBGUI parameters

Hi Folks,

 

We're setting-up access to our ERP system via a Portal. We're using the integrated ITS in ERP via SAPGUI for HTML in the portal.

 

There are several parameters we've found to help adjust the look and behavior of the HTML GUI thru notes and the various help pages like (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/54/4d9993c6592941a407313a6763575c/frameset.htm)

 

We'd like to get a complete list of the availble parameters than can be configured for the "/default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui" service. We can only find some pieces here and some pieces there.

 

Is there a place to find a consolidated list of all the available parameter functions?

webgui service hangs and does not display the SAP GUI screen

Hi:

I am trying to use the Transaction Starter via webgui ITS service but it somehow hangs and does not finally shows the SAP GUI screen. Please see the attached document to get an idea of what it is occuring.

 

1. Link in navigation for launcher configured (using TSTC etc)

2. URL in transaction CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS configured with

[http://server.local:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui/!?transaction=IC_LTX&okcode=ICEXECUTE]

--> i am calling a CRM SAP GUI transaction but even with IC_LTXE to callan ERP transaction does not work either.

3. All related notes implemented (running CRM 2007): 990216, 993315,

1337472, 1013376

4. Old service crm_cic_rabox which has been replaced by the new shows onthe contrary the GUI screen.

ITS & S/4 HANA 1511 Release

Dear experts, the company I work for is currently moving to HANA platform in the cloud (HEC). Moreover we will naturally switch from ECC 6.0 to the S/4 HANA soon. According to the S/4 HANA 1511 release notes the ITS technology is considered as old/obsolete. We nowadays have a few applications developed using such feature and the problem is that I did not find any additional documentation about such obsolescence and what should be the replacement technology in this case. I really appreciate your inputs on this subject matter. Thanks!

ITS returns 409 for ~okCodes specified in URL

Hi Folks,

 

we just had a HANA update with an upgrade to 7.40.


The problem is that the ITS / ICF behaves different now.

 

I had specified a ~okCode parameter In my service in SICF that was previously used as a fallback if no ~okCode parameter was used in the URL.

Now I can ONLY use that okCode at initialization at my application otherwise I get an 409 Server Response:

This is a huge problem to us because the link to the application without any ~okCode has been distributed a lot and changing all that location will take a huge effort and problems. And there are other calls that use a different ~okCode for initialization.

 

I also tried to use ~okcode_permit (note  1501768 ) but that didn't help.

 

How can I solve this or get rid of the restrictive okCode checking.

After testing our services for sometime we are getting this message:

The error occurred on the application server ukapx096_EU8_00 and in the work process 0 .

 

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

We realized our memory was entirely consumed and logged off all sessions. Invalidated the cache in SITSPMON and we dont have any ITS sessions (checked in SM04). Even then the problem continues. We restarted the ICM with no positive results. We then increased the memory for ITS to 512MB and then restarted the SAP system. But the problem continues. We couldnt run any services (Even WEBGUI service for SE16).

 

Do we need to refresh any more caches/memories?

ITS Mobile Screen scaling down issue in MC9200 Device

Hi all,

 

This is regarding the scaling down issue for Internet service in MC9200 Device.I have gone through a lot of options in the forum but we are unable to resolve the issue.

We are using Enterprise Browser in the RF device,but the internet device is not displaying proportionately in the device.

Please find the attached device snapshots.

 

I have tried meta tags by creating a HTML include as DEVINCLUDE_SYMBOL9200 and maintaining it as value for parameter ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDE.I tested the below meta tags but no result.

  1. <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, height=device-height, initial-scale=1.0">
  2. <meta name=“mobileoptimized” content=“240”>
  3. <meta name="viewport" content="width=240, height=320, user-scalable=yes,

            initial-scale=2.5, maximum-scale=5.0, minimum-scale=1.0" />

I have also increased the value of parameter ~ITSMOBILEELEMFACTOR to 9 ,but no difference in output.

 

i have tried adding both the parameters in Internet Service parameters in SE80 and also in GUI configuration parameter in SICF.

 

Kindly advise.

HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout

Dear Sirs,

 

we are getting this error message in our SM21, on a server running internal ITS where everythings seems to function quite well. Does this error message require any actions? According to the details it looks like a quite normal warning, but I would like to get some input from the community on this issue.

 

From transaction SM21

08:00:00 host        DIA 000 100 USER     Program_ R2G HTTP/RFC session has been deleted following timeout 

 

Documentation for system log message R2G :

                                     

In the standard system there is no timeout for RFC servers. When the first remote function call is made, the RFC is connected and logged on to. and when the RFC connection is closed, the RFC server is deleted. You can activate an explicit timeout for RFC servers for an existing RFC connection using the function module                      

TH_SET_AUTO_LOGOUT.                                                           

If within the time specified no further RFC calls are made, the RFC server is deleted. If the RFC client then sends a further call to the server, this is sent back with an error code.

I installed new ECC 6.0 EHP 6 IDES.
